Shop Clues — Return request not settled in 1 month

Hi, Please clarify why my returns are being refused at clues network warehouse. I sent 2 products by DTDC courier. The details are as follows, Product ID:[protected] Courier name:- DTDC Tracking ID:-D25569295 Date of despatch:-14/11/2015 Product ID:[protected] Courier name:- DTDC Tracking ID:-K82811703 Date of despatch:-31/10/2015 Both the product has been sent back to me stating RECEIVER HAS REFUSED TO ACCEPT. Now I am desparate to know why everytime the product has been refused by shopclues. So please revert back with details clarification of refusal reasons.
