Shop Mart — taking a huge amount of money making fool.

On 24th April I received a phone call telling me that I had been selected for promotonional gift, anything from smart phone, laptop etc and I only had to purchase anything from paytm worth Rs 3000.On the name of paytm I blindly trusted .Before I could place my order for a room heater worth Rs 3300/-they asked me to click the pay button and gave a bar code.Immediately the money was debited from my paytm wallet to Shop Mart.Next day they told me that there had
been some problems of despatching due to GST and I would have to pay 9600/- which would soon be refunded .To save my already paid money I was compelled to pay the asked amount and in this way they snatched total38700/- from me.I was made convinced of refund .I was so trapped that I had become stupid.When I declined to pay further they still giving me the false assurance of refunding stopped receiving my phone calls.I'm almost ruined .Please take legal actions against those frauds so that they can not make fool any other.Some amount was crefited to Om prakash yadav.A/C no.[protected]. IFSC.BARB0IMOMGA.I'm spending may sleepless nights on the thought of how can I get back my money! Please help.
