Shop On India — For harassment of my rights

On 26 december i received a call of mr.Sameer from shop on india.
He said that we have a plan for you. In just rs 10000 we will give you 5 items with a gift and a membership card. But till now i have received only 5 items. Neither i got my gift(samsung s5) nor that membership card.
Thanks a lot for your support, i met a call from company. But instead of delivering that product they are asking me make further payment of rs.7999 for that product by the name security amount.
Again i met a call from Mr. Anuj, for Refunding rs.10000. He said according to our company rules there has to be a balance of rs.10000 in your bank account, then after we will refund your amount. He also said for call back after 2 minutes but neither i receive any call from their side nor they are attending my call.
So you are requested to take further strict and legal action against this company and help me out from this problem. Looking forward for your positive respone ASAP.
