I had ordered a pair of slippers online, i even paid them.. As they would charge more for cash on delivery, later it was almost 10 days i did not any response from the seller, i tried to call them, it was switched off and later i mailed them, i even used whatsapp to contact them, they told the parcel will be out soon, it's been 15 days plus, now i am not getting reply on whatsapp also, or any other means. I asked few of the people on their instagram page, they say they too have not recieved any parcel. Hence they are frauds. I demand for a refund of the money transferred, shop 101 customer support always say that they are busy they don't even pick the calls, worst customer support.
