I have placed a order of jean through 101.When i recieved the order through delihevery company, it was not the exactly same jean.It was totally different.Size is also 36.Now i want to return it and the delivery boy didn't accept the return as the company didn't remove the image of the product from their side.Now i want to return it.Plz ask them to remove the image so that i will be able to return the product.

Order canceled, money not refundable, order 18augest 2022, canceled 18 August 2022, still not refundable money ( 06 September 2022)

I order set of 2 denim jeans but got only one item and that's also wrong size

Hello, I received wrong product instead of ordered product...i ordered Kurti set, instead of that I got old Saree.. I contacted deliver boy to cancel and take my ordered product back, but he said it was impossible and he clicked delivered option...sothat he can't help me out to take back...please let me know the process of returning order from shop101

This complaint is in continuation to the Ticket has been raised (Ticket# 705090) on 23rd Oct'21, with regards to one order I placed in Shop101 app on 18thOct'21 ( OrderID: [protected] ).

Issue is: Without delivering the product, status is marked as delivered.

Same issue with three orders. But OrderID: [protected], is prepaid order.

After continuous followups from 23rd Oct'21 - neither the product is delivered nor the order amount is refunded (Order amount: Rs.420 )

Hence raising this complaint. So that it helps for other customers and like me they will not be in trouble while keeping orders in Shop101.

Requesting you to look into this issue at the earliest and do needful.

Your quick resolution is highly appreciated.

I am seller in shop101 and customer return product were not received more than 8 months. Shop101 team is not taking any action to get the product or refund the money.

Shop101 courier partner(EKart) has misused my company signature for return delivery.

I purchased ATTRACTIVE SOLID COTTON SAREES WITH BATIK PRINT WORK on 7th Jun'20 & received on 17th Jun'20, That material very poor conditionally received and also heavy damage, so that i returned that material on 18th Jun'20 & that material price is 1104 /- but still i didn't receive my refund amount. Maine iske pahle bhi aapke paas shop101 ki complaint di hai mere refund amount ke baare me lekin abhi tak meri refund aur margin amount bank me transfer nahi ki shop 101 walo ne. Mere 2 product return ke the usko return leke 1 month ho gaya abhi tak refund amount nahi di shop 101 ne aur 1 product ki margin amount hai usko bhi 1month ho wo bhi nahi di. Shop 101 walo ne mujhe latest bank statement maange 2 se 3 baar maine pure details bheje. Khud bank me jaake jiske account me galti se paise transfer huye uske liye maine bank ko amount hold par tambe ke liye application letter bhi diya. Bank ne bola ki shop 101 company ka authorized letter hame send karo usme mention karo ki jo paise galti se dusre account me gaye wo aapke account me transfer kare aisa likho. Ye baat maine shop101walo batayi to unhone mujhse hi letter likhwa ke maana aur to aur word document type karke maanga. Wo bhi kaam maine hi kiya itna sab karne ke baad ab main unse puchti hu mere paise kab aayenge to answer nahi dete.sir main bahot pareshaan ho gayi hu ye log mujh se hi sab document banvane ko bolke khud kuch bhi nahi kar rahe.plz help me.

I have ordered 3 clothing items from shop101(Taushif khan, mobile number [protected]) but all of three were wrong products so i returned all via ecomexpress and all products were returned successfully 10 to 15 days before.
But i haven't get my refund yet, when i contact to Taushif khan for refund then he denied to make my refund and said that he will not refund my money and it's very strange that he warned me for making him any phone calls and he blocked my number..

And before this he had said that if you want refund, contact shop101 not me.

Order no. [protected], almost one and half month gone but refund not got of my order.

Refund still not reflected in my credit card account bill of credit card generated on 05.06.2020 the same statement is provided to shop101 team of my credit card, all credit and debit transaction entries are in that but there is no refund of amount rs 504,
I told them to contact his payment partner because refund is still not credited to my credit card account (Source account). But didn't got any response from their side.

Mailed the same 2-3 times to shop101 support team but didn't got any response.

Please look into matter and do the needful asap.

Recently i made a jio recharge for 450 rupees. I waited whole day but never got the plan activated on the number. I called the customer care, they responded to wait for an hour all the time. I cancelled the order later. The worst part is, they do not intimate you about the refund status nor there is any reference number for the same.
Shop101 is an absolute scammer app according to my experience.

Hey kindly please refund my amount of order i'd [protected] i mistakingly proceed wrong recharge bcoz i didn't given my customer id of tata sky that's why i cancelled my order.. You can do 2 things now as i cancelled my order you can give me refund...

Also tell them to give response to me please it's my hard earned money and they didn't even replying kindly help me

I placed an order ([protected]-163) for airpod 1 on 14/03/2020 from one of the seller's of shop 101 who are using their platform to purchase items fromtheir website and then later on selling those products to other later that i came to understand that they are fooling and scamming people and earning big amount from them so here is what happened that seller whose contact details are as follow ([protected], [protected] & [protected]@gmail.com) told me that i will be getting airpod 1 master copy for rs 1599/- so i placed the order i am attaching all the screenshot as well and got the product delivered to me on 18/03/20 and i paid the whole amount through paytm and to my shock when i opened the packaging it was not at all an airpod 1 or its master copy it was very cheap quality chinese pod of around rs 100-200/- and i paid 1599/- for that i immediately tried contacting the seller but he didn't picked up my call and i texted him on whatsapp where i send him all the pictures and asked him for my refund but he never replied to any of my texts neither he received any of my calls so i complaint on 20/03/2020 on thier custome support and mailed them all the details i am attaching the screenshot also and now it's been more than 14 days and i haven't got my issue resolved neither got my refund please i am requesting you take strict actions against these type of platforms who not only provide their platforms for scams and frauds but also encourage those scammers and frauds by not helping the customer's this is our hard earned money and they are just scamming us and taking our hard earned money platforms like these should be shut down for our safety

I bought 2 jogger from shop101 on 12th and 13th march 2020. Seller name (Abhisekh) his mobile no. [protected] and [protected]. I ordered jogger size 44 but i recieved jogger size 34 and 36 on 19th march 2020. I paid rs. 1500 for both jogger. Jogger size is not fit to me and i decided to get refund. I decide to call mr. Abhisekh but he didn't pick my call the i call after some time. But still he didn't pick my phone. Then i msg him in the evening i told him about delivered item was wrong. He replied and told me to return it.. I packed it as it was. And i waiting for the pickup courier company. But nobody came for pickup. I call again mr. Abhisekh he didn't pick my phone after that i tried many times but he didn't pick my call. Then i contact to help line no. Of shop101 they also no able to help me they told me to contact to the seller but i was hope less because seller didn't pick my phone and my product was delivered wrong i don't know what to do now. Now i am help less so i decided to contact to seller anyhow.. My sister call him though another number then he pick up phone. My sister told him why not u pickup phone after selling your product he said i am calling me so many times i irritating him he said about me then he told her to return this jogger now he don't want to return my jogger how i can get my money back please help sir.

I ordered track pants on this website. I got the delivery within 2 days. But the item that i ordered was different from what i have received. On calling their customer care, they are not providing any help. The contact no. Of seller is unreachable. The email address of the seller is incorrect. Please help.. Even the customer care people are unable to help me with a proper resolution. Is this kind of service is what we expect from these people???
