[Resolved] Shop101 — no refund on cancelled order | |
I ordered a watch from shop101 from seller le brouges on 4th august 2019 and paid online via paytm. The order was successfully placed, and said would dispatch by 5th august. There was no change in the order status after 5 days, while the website boasted delivery within 1-2days in metro cities if payment made online. Hence i had to cancel the order. I have not got my refund. Have tried contacting the seller too but no response. My order id was [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |
