I had ordered a watch from Shop101.com, it's been a month and I still haven't received it. I've paid for the order already.
No one from the company is being responsive. They are ignoring my calls and messages and there is no customer service team at all. It seems to me like a fake website. Also, please send us the following details asap:
1. Your order ID / tracking details
2. Your contact number
We'd like to clarify that Shop101.com does not sell or own the products. Your order was placed to an individual seller who used Shop101.com to open their own online / ecommerce stores.
