Shop4deel — Merchant not release money after cancellation

Hello Sir/Madam, as per the Merchant request, i have paid the Money on payUmoney, Yet i not release it. And the Merchant is insisting me to release the payment, even before dispatching the product.but they took the money and did not send me any message regarding my dispatching of product. i tried to call them. No proper response.After 20 days. i have cancelled the product.they said it will be refunded 21 days.after 30 days still not refunded.Please Help me get my money back. details are below:-
