Shopaaz.com — Non receipt of refund | |||||
I have ordered redmi 3s prime (3 gb ram 32 gb rom) - color: silver and made the payment of rs. 8499/- through hdfc credit card. But after 6 days when i contact the customer care it was informed that, because of no stock they are refunding the payment within 7 days. Some times it may take 21 days. But till date after 26 days i have not got the refund and customer care # also not connecting to talk. There is no response for my several mails Was this information helpful? | |||||

Brought a redmi note 4 costs ₹12499 from shopaaz.com on 5 may 2017. But my order is cancelled on 12 may 2017. But they are not refunding the amount. Their helpline no is now offline. No response from the company right now. The merchant is sripati infracon pvt ltd. It is in west Bengal.
