Shopaaz.com — Order cancelled by company but money not refunded after 24 days | |||||
Sir Regarding my order no. 100293 dated 01 may 2017 for rs 6999 ( Redmi 3s mobile) as spoken to shopaaz customer representative their dealers are not able to deliver the item so that the order has been cancelled. I got the assurance from customer carw on no.[protected] atleast 15 times till 16 may 17 that I will get my money back today tomorrow like this But till date it has not been received neither ur customer support no is working pls reply its my hard earned money.
