Shopaaz.com — Redmi 3s prime refund amount not received

I booked a Redmi 3s prime (order id 102340) phone from shopaaz.com and paid 8499/- on 05th of May 2017.

I haven't yet got my product and their customer service number is also not working.
They have given 7days of time to deliver but i still didnt got my product its already 21days from booking and refund is in 7 working days.
