Shopaaz.com — Refund money | |||||
My complaint description: I had ordered redmi note 4 (4 gb ram, 64 gb rom) - color: black mobile phone on 8th may through shopaaz.com and i got a message after few days that order has been cancelled and refund will be done in the next 7 days. I had paid rs. 12, 499.00 online, and till date haven’t received any refund or phone. I am expecting a refund of the whole amount. Call center no[protected] also not answering. Order number is 104908. Also online i have recently seen many such similar complaints. So i feel this company is fraud. Please help us Mukesh wahane Was this information helpful? | |||||

I placed an order for Xiaomi redmi 3s prime worth Rs8499 on 7th may 2017. But on 12th may shopaaz cancelled the order and refunded. The order No.is #104049. But till now the refund does not credited on my bank account.
