Shopaaz.com — Refund value is not yet received

On 4th may 2017 myself ordered one mobile redmi 3s amount rs.6, 999/- through order no : 101854.
The payment was made on same day via online payment.
After that we received confirmation mail from the website.
On 8th may 2017 we received one mail from "[protected]@shopaaz.com" and informed me that your order will dispatch by today evening, i. E 08th may 17.

On 12th may we have received another mail from "[protected]@shopaaz.com" that the order no 101854 is cancelled and will refund your all money.

When we checked customer care on toll free no[protected] they informed me that they have some issue with their vendors and that's why all orders are cancelled and will refund your all money within 7 days.

Till date, i. E. 02nd june 2017 i have not received refund amount from "shopaaz.com". I was trying to contact them on toll free number but the number is not working now. Nobody is giving the reply of my reminder mails also.

Kindly requesting you to look in this matter and help us to get my refund amount rs.6, 999/-.
