This shopaaz.com is a bogus shopping website. I purchased a redmi note 4, paid online through debit card. My order didn't show on the website, my account. But my bank account was debited. Then after many calls to the customer care #, i get confirmation that my order is successful. After few days i get an sms package shipping. After ten days i get an email, order has been cancelled due to dealer issues. Refund initiated. I paid in full for the phone on the 5th of may 2017. I've made dozens of calls and emails. No refund nothing. Now the customer care toll free number too doesn't goes through. Fake, fraud website.
