Shopaaz.com — Redmi 4 64gb not received | |||||
I had ordered redmi 64 gb phone on 5th may through shopaaz.com and i got a message after few days that order has been cancelled and refund will be done in the next 7 days. I had paid 13000 rs. Online, and till date havent received any refund or phone. I am expecting a refund of the whole amount. Call center also not answering. Order number is 103086. Also online i have recently seen many such similar complaints. So i feel this company is fraud. Please help us Was this information helpful? | |||||

i ordered redme note 4 mobile on shopaaz.com and paid rs 12499.from my credit card but on 13.5.2017 i recieved a massage that ur order is cancelled and we will return ur money back but i have not recieved the money till yet.the massage i recieved from shopaaz.com is as follows:-

I booked a redmi 3s prime mobile from shopaaz. Com dated 11/05/2017 and paid through net banking and after booking i got a order ID 107526. But after some days I got a msg tat my order has been cancelled and I'll get my refund but still I didnt get .approx amount 8500/-.
They had cheated me also by giving false promise of delivery of the mobile in 5 to 7 days. and now companies tollfree no.[protected] is not responding and also not receiving any response from shopaaz email id [protected]@shopaaz.com and [protected]@shopaaz.com. But till today no refund had been done by them for my ORDER NO.107526,
Now no response on Toll free no or chat service or mail ..what should we do now to get our money back from them…MY CONTACT IS [protected](wHTSAPP).

We are really sorry to say you that our seller is not yet dispatched your order and we are got too many complains regarding it so we cancelled all the orders and refunded the money to of all of our customers. We proceeded to refunding the money because we are already broken our promise of delivering in time. So we are also refunding your amount with the cashback that is 5%.I hope you will realize our situation and be with us.Your money will be credited back in your account within 7 working days, depends on your bank.
