Dear sir/ madam, I had ordered a redmi 3 s prime mobile on your website www.shopaaz.com on dated[protected] for rs 8499. I paid amount online through debit card. My order number is 104004. I received a cancellation message on my mobile on dated[protected]. And was assured that my money would be refund with in 7 working days. On the same day i received an email stating that my amount had been refunded. However amount was not transfer to my bank account. I have tried to contact the company via email as well as through their customer care number[protected] but have not received any response regarding the refund. I received a cancellation message on my mobile on dated[protected]. And was assured that my money would be refund with in 7 working days. On the same day i received an email stating that my amount had been refunded. However amount was not transfer to my bank
account. I have tried to contact the company via email as well as through their customer care number[protected] but have not received any response regarding the refund. I request you to kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
