I ordered 3s prime mobile on 07.05.17 in shopaaz.com. This company having in kolkata. My order id 104088. But automatically cancelled that order. Not refund money. I paid via net banking. Pls help me. I also add confirmation email id in order time. Company said refund money 7 working days but not added. Kindly action pls. I added photos of my order.

I had ordered redmi note 4 with 4 gb ram and 64 gb rom dark grey. But you told no delivery available at my place. My order id is 107959.
Order date.[protected]. And my transaction reference no. IGABHKRPK8 for Rs 12, 499.
My money is not yet refunded.

i also ordered redmi note4 but product got cancelled and money not refunded and more over now phone lines to this company is not working it is fraud company . please don buy product from this company.
