ShopCart18 — Fraud by Shopcart18.com

Hi, i had placed an order on shopcart18.com on 09/01/2014 at 10:33 PM. Order ID is 5349. SInce than, i have not received any response from there side. So, i want to file this complaint against them as i think that they may be some fraud company. I have even tried to call there mobile number but they do not pick my phone also i have mailed them many times and they have not responded to me. So, please help me.
