ShopCart18 — Received a fake order and lost money

I didn't make any order with shopcart but they delivered some fake order and my wife unknowingly paid for it in cash..i lost 1300 rupees for that order..even the product mentioned on the label and the product are different. Photos are attached in the end. Please do some kind help.
