Dear sir, My Order ID: #3590 Date Added: 12/12/2013 This was my order to shopcart18.com. In this there are 5 product but i got only one product but its send bye different seller ( CHENNAI ) . I mailed them and ask about incomplete order . They told me that only one product was our side for rest product contact with shopcart10 admin. I do everything ( mail and call ). but do not get any response. I hope you will solve my problem .     Dear Sir,

    I have ordered two product on 13/12/2013.

    Order Details:
    Invoice No.: INV[protected]
    The Order ID: #3679.

    Product Details:

    1. Multiutility Ultimate Chopper, Dicer And Cutter
    2. Portable Emergency Charger DIP-001

    I received the parcel through DTDC Courier on Dec 24th 2013 4 PM. But the parcel contain the product "Ultimate FingerChipser" which i did not order. I didnt recieve both the above mentioned product. There was not bill enclosed for the product dispatched. I have paid Rs. 598 for both the products but i received only one product that too worthable for the amount i paid

      I booked 2 earphone on 9-Dec-2013.
      I havenot got my package still.
      I am calling [protected] this no since five days no body is receiving.
      I think he is playing with customers and making money.
      Please take action against this organisation.

      Same with me. I ordered 5 days back and no one is attending calls nor they have dispatched anything yet.

      Please take action against the site owner.

      I asked about refund, he reply it will be done on[protected].
      But still i haven't got, , , , .
      Today i am calling the above mentioned mobile no and another no-[protected]...
      He has blocked my number.

      Please reply soon, , , i need these things to be fixed

      The site is just ran by non professionals. i ordered 3 items, i received 2 and the bill inside the parcel says 3 items. :(

      Dear sir/madam, I order a camera envie rechargeable battery by shopcart18 and paid through online on 15/01/2014..but item was cannot be shipped till now ...and not given tracking no. so i request you to please shipped my item soon as soon.otherwise please refund my amount to my bank account...thank you..

      I ordered on 19th jan 2014 but no response yet. it seems like scam which should get stopped.
