They have asked to pay 3999 for a laxmi note of gold plated as entry fees, then rs.17999/- for contest participation for grand carnival, where they cheated stating that you will get the confirm bike gift or cash credit into you bank account. But all were fake. The gold plated note sent by them was also duplicate fraud.
Help in getting my money back

Sir, I got a call from www.shopcherries.com in Dec 2014. They told me that I am having very good past online transactions so they are giving me a chance to join in their mega shopping carnival2015. In which I will get minimum top 8 gift confirmed. I just need to register once on site by buying online one product worth more than 8000. That link is www.shopcherries.com/carnival2015 I have bought one from that site for 8000rs. They said I will receive my money back after one year even no prize is won. I didn't receive my money yet. Please help

Against my shopclues order id 67970132 i raise the complaint just half an hour before so i got a call from [protected] this no he has told me i am from shopclues.com we are deliver to you your order in 24 hour & he has privide me coupon code if rs 2000 rs he has told me go in atm in which bank account you are holding & call me from atm then i will told you procedure to add a amount of rs 2000 to add in your account so i told him i dont want anything i just want a my order at time so he has told me sir this is company policy first you have a need to redeem this coupon to add money in your account then we will deliver you your order as per comany policy so i told him what is policy i just want want my order at time so he has told me so we will deliver you your orde after two days so can you tell me what the hell policy shopclues giving me please help to me to deliver my order at time regards sumeet [protected]

I had placed an order with id SCM[protected] on 4 May 2015. There were several issues with this order which are as follows: The shoes which came were not Reebok shoes as promised, and also not of the same worth. They were ordinary shoes of worth around 500 INR. Moreover the invoice contained an entry for Reebok shoes, which was penned through on the invoice itself. I contacted your customer care, but there was no resolution on this. The amount deducted was supposed to be converted to EMI which it was not. The executive (Imran) said that this was a welcome gift and I could order anything on your website of worth 24999 INR, which was the valuation of the order, but this did not happen. Most importantly, this transaction was made to generate a nominee id for a contest (Swift car contest), where I would get a guaranteed prize of at least 1 lacs. I called your customer care to verify this, and they confirmed that this was true over and over again. A confirmation mail was SUPPOSED to be sent in 3-4 hours, and has not arrived till today. I got a call from the contest disbursement department, asking for a transaction of 40k as tax even before the prize money was credited. I requested to credit the amount minus the taxes, which the representative refused. This was not legitimate so I did not pay any further amount, being already fooled once by the company. I have made over 50 calls to the customer care to let me know the whereabouts and there has been no response at all. They have confirmed that the prize money will be credited and assured a call back, which never comes. I have the invoice and mails which were sent to me as proof. I have attached the invoice as proof. In it you can notice that the entry for Reebok shoes has been tampered and Reebok has been penned through.

Mr.Shyam sabastian have cheated me very badly by making in trap. Now he is shifted to E-commerce portal. Waste fellow cheated me that I will be getting many prizes and 3 to 4 lakshs of money and he made me to shop for 30, 000/- then he left the company and joined in Deals brunch online Pvt ltd.There also he cheated me I have paid around 1 lakh rupees for shopping and furthur asking me to pay another 20, 000/- to get my 8 lakh rupees winning prize... And one more person involved in this.His name is Rohit mehata-[protected]. They want to cheat me but i escaped from them countrybrutes..and fraudluders..I requet you to get back my money about 70-80 % and I am very thankful to you in this case. I purchased for 30, 000/- rs in shop cherries.com but I did not get useful products.. and all these products are worthless. last 15, 000/- rs i did not get any money... I had ordered a product Wd Passport 1tb on 10 July Order no. 60358511. I had received a empty parcel. On received date i.e 14 July I filed a return request immediately. Now it has been a month more but I didn't received any intimation. They are just passing time by saying me to wait wait wait and its a month now. Dear Sir, I have participated in 2015 Mega Shopping Carnival Contest (as they said). For Registration I paid Rs. 3, 999 for which I got some products (Shirt & Pant). They said that I have won Videocon washing machine (8th Prize). After some time they said that my position increased to No. 2 (Tour Trip Abroad) for which I requested for money. They agreed though. However, They asked me to pay Rs. 40, 000 & to create a nominee for tax benefits. I was reluctant before although I have checked their website & seen the photos of previous Contest Winners. Initially, I was talking with Miss Swati ([protected]). I think now the number is switched off. She gave me another number i.e. [protected]. This number is still working but nowadays no body is picking up. After Swati, Mr. Saurav interacted with me with the same number. Another number who called me up is [protected] where still ring goes but again not responding. Likewise, I requested for some time and they have given me. They assured that if I pay Rs. 40, 000 then I will get gold instead of that. I received my gold products i.e. Rudraksh Ganesh Pendant and Sai Baba Small Pendant, Invoice No.: 6158094; Order ID No.: SCM[protected] (for which I have already paid Rs. 40, 000) but unfortunately the authenticity of the products is doubtful. As I told by the Executive (Swati) before that I can sell the products. So, I went to the Jewelers shop in Kolkata but I was shocked when they doubted the authenticity of the products and suggested me to go for Testing (of gold). The result is the pendant chain is not of gold and the actual weight of locket i.e. of Ganesh & Sai Baba is absolutely not of Rs. 40, 000 which is mentioned in the Invoice. The Jewelers shop owner tells me that it is only of Rs. 7 to 8 thousand. I didn't know how to respond. So, I talked with Mr. Saurav. He told me that he would look after the matter. I waited for his response but then onwards he is not picking up the phone. Phone is ringing but nobody is responding. Earlier I requested for the replacement of my products and I was promised for a prompt and effective action but unfortunately I am not even getting a response. I've been told that the Contest would be held on second week of August. After one week I have written two mails at [protected]@shopcherries.com which was given to me earlier but even no response at the mail. Even I called many times in Customer Care No. of Shopcherries- [protected] but again not connecting. This is my problem. Hope I will get some solution and my money soon.

Then I did that after which I search on yahoo about this company in which I read review of various person having this kind of fraud with this company earlier. That is why I am contacting you sir. Shope Cherries told me that I have win a graranted prize of Washing Machine within one week.For entry the sweeps Takes I must register my name to paid RS.4999/ and they give me a gold coin.But after I paid the money they send me a simple coin with silver.Till today they do not give any prize.After my payment they send me a e-mail which terms and conditions are must deferent which they told earlier.In this way they fraud me.
