[Resolved]  Shopcj.com — refund request status for january month order no [protected]

Hi,

I had ordered a "home couture sofa cum diwan set - blue" on 7th jan 2018 by payment through credit card an amount of rs 1898. The ordered was cancelled from the vendor and thus is pending for refund.

I am unable to track the order through your website. Also, i have called your customer care number[protected] a number of times but no satisfactory answer is given from them. Every time they say that the amount will be credited back in 2-3 days. It has been more than 60 days that the process has already taken.

Dear Concern,

Its already been 15 days since you since you replied. No status updates on the issue, either on the email or phone call. I am really very sorry to say this but this is very poor resolution process from your side.
It has been more than 2 months since the issue, and no communication whatsoever from your side. In this digital age, a simple refund process taking more than 2 months is simply unacceptable.
Please update me on the proceedings.

The issue has not been resolved. How can the status of the complaint be changed to resolved.. This is ridiculous on the part of Shopcj. I have not received any calls or texts from the company. The email response is always the same "4-5 working days". Now its more than 4 months since ordering. I am really frustrated and now I will go to Consumer Court for the same.
