[Resolved] ShopCJ — felix handy washing machine

I had registered a complaint in june 2018 regarding shopcj supplying me damaged felix handy washing machine, today I was surprised to see that my complaint has been resolved. It is not resolved and infact no positive response from shopcj
I only recieved a reply stating my case would be resolved within 8 days, thats all, shopcj consumer care number given but no proper reply.
Im surprised how my complaint has been removed?.
I am still waiting for replacement of machine or my Rs 2700 back.
Mr samsuddin of shopcj has to reply and tell me why they are playing dirty tricks on customers, I hope he replies

Today I recieved replacement of felix handy washing machine, last week I got a call from madam M malhotra customer care executive of homeshop 18, she got all the details of my query and promised me within a week, and I got the replacement, I would like to thank homeshop18 customer care for theirs quick response in resolving my query.I have been a customer of homeshop 18 since long time, and never had any problem, I would like to mark my complaint as rsolved, tanks to consumer forum for theirs help to customers.And pls remove all images/complaint from your forum.
