[Resolved]  Shopclue — delivered to another state

Order no:10493755; Tracking number:[protected] via blue dart I order this item on jan 23 and got tracking number on jan 29, but on feb 6 i got a message saying my order is complete, i got shock as i did not received the item i check at blue dart and when they check my tracking number it shows that it has been delivered at chennai, so i complain to their customer care, they do notice my details and told me they would look forward and notice me within 7 working days and also i do get a mail from them saying Thank you for contacting ShopClues.com. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Our courier partner has confirmed that your order has been delivered to your address as indicated on their website. We assure you that we have escalated your concern to our logistics department for further investigation and you will receive due updates on the proceedings. Meanwhile, we are arranging for the proof of delivery (POD), which will be sent to you within next 7 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding. I waited as they say and as i prefer the item than refund, after i did not received any further notice regarding this matter i called their customer care again they again told me to wait for few more days but this time i request for the refund, the customer care do update my request to their website as it is reflected on my mail, my item is worth Rs 2598 including shipping charge after this request no further mail nor message came and i am very frustrated, i am going to complain again . . Please check about my matter and i will be very thankful if you help me
