[Resolved] ShopClues.com — 40 inch TV | |||||
I have purchase a 40 inch samsung LED TV from Shopclues.com. It becomes defective again and again in just 6 months only. One time it is even replaced after a long struggle. This time again becomes defective no picture only sound. I have booked compliant with reference no. 6526543 on 8th jun 16, but neither any company representative come to me nor contacted me. They also no giving any reply of my mail. Customer support service is very poor. Please do needful action. Don't compell me to go to consumer forum. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
