[Resolved] ShopClues.com — About the refund of my order which has been returned recently! | |
I have been requested a return for the product purchased on shopclues.com, well the return was done and the refund was done in clue bucks! I want to redeem my money after the refund but failed to do so! There is no proper customer care even! This is so disappointing and looking no further to shop on shopclues! Pls do respond, that's a huge amount and I want to redeem into my bank account! I even posted the screenshot, where I received clueblucks pls do note it as well!
