ShopClues.com — Accoutn has been disable with no refund

Hi, I use to order every time in shopclues & last time they sent me all cheap products . This is the way i opted for refund. Instead of reverse pick up they said they will provide refund, Its been more than 10 days & when i asked them they disabled my account completely & not provided any refund. This is really a worst service by www.Shopclues .com How they will disable my id without my permission and what about my money ?
