I have purchased 3 power banks of mi company from shopclues but the product was of very cheap quality so i have reurned all the three products, but after returning the products the money has not been refunded to my bank account i have complained many times at shopclues but they are not giving any response. All the three order numbers are: 1.41523893 2.41525053 3.41545273 Its been long time sthey are not refunding my amount they are selling duplicate products by offering it at low costs. HELP.
