Legal Notice _ Dear Shopclues concerned Manager, I have purchased a mobile phone from your company, through order no[protected] in april'21, payment done from my credit card bank - SBI, Mobile received to me in very very poor condition, this is used and very poor condition mobile, so i have returned to u, but till date the purchase amount not credited in my SBI bank ac. I have paid thru sbi credir card and bank have charging us, so please initiate my refund without any further delay in my bank ac, other wise we bound to take legal action against your fraudulent activity. sorry to say your services is very very poor, u fooling to your faithful customer. i seek your answer in my mobile no [protected] with in 24 hours.
