I have purchased vu led tv cost 27000 rupees (order number[protected]. they delivers me damaged tv. after many communication with proof they agreed to return tv. fed ex courier picked return with tracking number[protected]. i have also provided return documents to courier boy. later i came to know that shopclue vendor (joker) arranged for return pickup, sumit/kiran (mob-[protected]) are vendor represantative and now shopclue have no information about this return even tv reached to vendor they are not refunding my money. i have provided them all documents with tracking number still no answer from them. its almost one month tv returned but shopclue not refunded my money. please help me.

    Actually i kept an order on Oct 22 2016 at Shopclues.com for an product of Samsung 40 inches smart TV and the order number is[protected] and they debited the amount of 28500 on the spot on same day and they given max delivery date of 9 Nov 2016 but up to today they didn't delivery the product to me .I called to them several times in between these days they telling to wait for the last date of delivery n i called them on 9 Nov 2016 and asked for the courier partner details even they are providing the details of them n there telling product is untraceable we will get back to with in 2 r 3 working days. why these many days they are taking to delivery the single product and even customer care guys giving me rude response to me. I need a immediate response from them why the hell these E-Commerce Shopclues.com guys were doing like this really am hoping ill get the solution from you.     i raised the complaint here then i got call from shopclues.com then after he is asking my debited details by bluffing me n he asking the details like debit card no. valid upto date n CVV no. to return the amount why these guys need the these details is account no. is not enough to deposit the amount
    i got a call from [protected] and also from +[protected]
    As my order no[protected] received by me on 04.11.2016. i got one product instead of paying for two. i have returned two dresses for larger size but received only one for same size not larger.

    Let me know which courier company you have got for delivery. if its beacon surface courier, then my friend you are stuck.
    shopclues and beacon are making a fool of the customers.

      I have ordered[protected] following things on 19th Oct,
      1. Big Bed,
      2, Wirlpool Fridge,
      3. LG Washing machine,
      4. One Wardrobe,

      I paid thru Cash care.

      One by one Shopclues Merchant cancelling the order. So for Bed and Fridge order cancelled by Shopclues merchant.

      These items I supposed gifted to Newly Married couples, Unfortunately this Shopclue ordering dump the happiness.

      If they cannot manage to serve as committed, why their merchant cancelling the order?
      Merchant management is very bad in Shopclues, VEry bad decision taken by me to give order to Shop clues.

      TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED...

        I had placed an order of a LED TV LG 43UH650T 4kUltra smart UHD on the 21st of October.
        MY order id[protected]
        My estimated delivery date was 3-7 Nov, and my order shipped through beacon surface courier on 25th oct.
        Shopclues provided me the tracking number which was of no use as it cant be tracked.
        i registered many complaints with shopclues before my delivery date regarding that im unable to track my shipment and want to know where it has reached. But they just twist minds and assured me that it will reach me by 7th nov (the last promised date of delivery)

        As i had read previous complaints about shopclues and beacon surface courier on this forum, i knew my product wont reach me and that is what happened.
        I Called them again on 7th nov evening, and told them i haven't received my product, they told me all i can do is wait for 2 working days and it will get delivered. Today on 9th nov, after the 2 working days, i was told again to wait for 2 working days.

        Shopclues should realize they will lose customers, and that beacon surface is the worst courier company to deal with. They provide faulty promises.

        please help me get my product to me, it is so frustrating and stressful for me!

          Hi

          I had ordered a product from Shopclues on 3rd October 2016. the order number is[protected].
          On[protected] I got the message that the shipment was delayed.I waited.
          After a few days i called customer service and was informed that product was stuck and will be sent to me.
          i waited. then a few days later i checked on the app and saw that the product was now showing as delivered although I had not received it. then i called the CS again. i was assured it will be checked and a proof of delivery will be given. the delivery status on DTDC site showed that delivery was made to someone in Guwahati. I live in Mumbai. i told the CS about it .I requested a refund of Rs 278 but was told not possible. Now i am getting e mail that they have checked and verified that the courier was delivered to me. I am still waiting for a solution.

            After seeing the shoe I contact to the sender first time they pick the phn after that I called him N number of time they didnt picky my phn I dnt understand if the seller is not been able to help the coustmer why they are put their name on the parcel

                              My order is cancelled "from your side" because merchant could not dispatch it but i have not credited my refund amount rs.328 yet.
