    I placed an order(LX[protected]) on March 12th, 2018 but no response from them till now neither delivery nor refund. The phone number mentioned on their website is not working now. They don't answer the calls even if they answer by mistake they tell random excused. Such a shameless people.

    Last response I received from them was on March 26th that the money will be refunded in 15-20 working days but not yet refunded.

    Please let me know how can I get my money back.

      I had placed the order in january and have not still received the goods. Vinay, from curations has confirmed the takeover of the company by curations and hence they will process the order and its curations's liability. Last we spoke was that he will send the legal document and process the order, this was on 11/05/2018. Since then i have been trying to speak to him but just refuses to answer to my calls. Very poor response.
      customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Hello guys, these people are fraud, i had ordered a ferrari brand watch later i received a mail saying stock is over for that watch i choose and told me for alternative and asked me extra money. When i requested for cancel i have been waiting for refund for past 2 months. I have been dropping mail and calling customer care there is no respond nor professionalism to write back.

          I placed 2 orders (Lx[protected], lx[protected]) in january. I have been constantly following up with them. Every time, they end up giving a new excuse. They are neither delivering nor cancelling my orders.
          The first follow was done 20 days after i placed the orders. They told me there is some problem with the supply chain and asked me to wait for 10 days more. I waited for 20 more days. Next time i contacted them, they started with a new excuse. They said luxehues.com is getting acquired by a new company and till all the formalities are completed, i will have to wait.

            I have placed an order on luxehues.com on 11-dec-2017. I have still not received the product. I have called their customer care numerous times to ask about it. I have sent emails every week to ask for the product dispatch. Everytime they have asked for 3-4 days more. This is happening for last 1.5 months. I have asked to refund the money, they are not even refunding the money paid.
            My order details:

            I received a damaged product IPAD Pro 10.5 which was sent back on Oct 26 2017 as requested vide receipt no[protected].
            I have till date not receieved the replacement and even my mails and calls are not being responded to!

              Hi,
              I dont know why i took this helmet from this site but. I have clearly mentioned that my brother's birthday is on 15th jan hence i wanted the helmet to reach on time.
              I got it on 12th.
              But it is obvious that we open it on birthday ie (15th)
              I see the helmet is too huge and still does not even fit my brothers head.
              And i wanted to return it. I mailed immediately in the night.
              But they wont accept return.
              I dont care about their policies which they show me because they are totally dumb policies.
              Now the product does not fit.
              And it is evident that i opened on 15th jan. Why cant they accept return?
              They do not even repsond.
              I asked and pleaded for returning and taking any other item. Still no response.
              Such sites should not even be considered.

                Dear sir,
                I have placed/paid for an order on 17/10/17 with a commitment of 8-10 days delivery, but since than they have been fooling us by same this week.. Next week and so on.
                I call them, they say we are on the job, but these shameless people don't do anything. Yesterday i was trying to reach them, but now they have stopped answering the phones even.
                Kindly assist us.

                  Have sent almost 10 reminders till now.
                  I am still waiting for update while your customer care number is also not reachable.
                  I was promised 1 month back after 1month of waiting that item will be dispatched within next 48 hours.
                  Company is trying to make fool out of customers, they never respond to email or phone calls. If phone calls attended by mistake, they will promise fake delivery date like i am waiting for more than 1 month of the promised date.
                  In 2 months a person can drive around the world while these cannot deliver across india.
                  Also neither they are refunding my money, in short they have simpley digested my money, no product, no refund.

                    I placed an order on aug 25 on luxehues. Order no lx[protected]. I was supposed to be shipped in 3 to 4 business days.
                    I has not been shipped in the last 2 months. Every time i call, i am told it will be shipped tomorrow. The customer care people dont send any emails to establish progress of the order.
                    Now the calls are going on voicemail. The website has no option to cancel the order and get the money back.
                    There is zero accountability and this is a fraud website that should be shut down

                      I bought a pair of shoes size 6". The fitting was not found proper and immediately a mail was sent to you

                      I am very surprised that this item cannot replace or refund due to big in my feet.
                      In my life history no one online shopping business denied to accept the matter.
                      Every time i call on +[protected]. It is always on answering machine.
                      No one call me after putting no. Of message.

                        The delivery was promised within 8-14 business days. I had booked this order to gift it to my son on 19aug2017 (His bithday) which is now past - purpose is defeated.

                        Multiple status update inquiries on their customer care number [protected] have drawn a blank, they keep saying that they will revert by the end of the day but there is no update.

                        I have also written multiple emails to their mail id [protected]@luxehues.com, apart from the automatic response that they will revert within 24 hours, i have not received any response.

                        Feeling hapless on lack of responsiveness from luxehues.

                        The very essence of online shopping is based on trust especially when money has been paid upfront, luxehues has broken this trust.

                        Will be constrained to take legal measures in case luxehues do not respond within 24-48 hours followed by delivery or refund of my money without any further delay.

                          Hello, to whom ever it may concern, i have ordered silver bar10g by bangalore refinery on 27/07/2017 with billing name imran razvi and paid it through my sbi debit card, i received sms on order confirmation with estimated delivery date of 12/07/2017, sms says they will further update on product dispatch, but its been more than 15days already and i have no information on silver bar delivery, i'm pasting below the sms from luxehues.com, please can somebody do something about it i felt left with a cold shoulder the company has the cash on delivery option, i called them once only to know they have not dispatched the product till date for delivery.

                            I bought a pair of sports shoes "adidas" size 10. The fitting was not found proper and immediately a mail was sent to luxehues. It has been almost 30 days and in spite of my several mails and letters to their directors there is no response at all. I feel cheated and duped by this new on line shopping portal.

                            They very specifically mention on their web site - "please email us the picture on [protected]@luxehues.com so that our qc team can validate the request. Once confirmed, we will arrange for the items to be picked up and dispatch the correct specifications".

                            I will never trust these small fly by night operators in my life.

                              Very Bad Experience with Luxehues. Kindly do not purchase anything from this website.
                              The staffs are not at all co operative.
                              I had purchased a hidesign bag for my friend. She had the similar bag. So wanted to get an exchange. They said if you dont like a bag there is no exchange. Exchange is only for damaged product. WTH!!

                              I really doubt if the bag is the original one again. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE

                                I have purchased one swiss militry belt as per description the width should be 3.175cm however belts supplied is having width is 2.750 only i have pointed out the same to mr hari customer care he has asked me to wait for 24 hours and will intimate me the action after discussions with brand partner, after that i am regularly making calls but no results they are neither replacing nor arranging reverse pick and brand partnerswiss militry has also told them that they have standard size and how this happened not known to them
                                it seems luxhues are supplying fake items or sub standard items for which brand partner also not supporting
                                please do not buy any item from luxhues on line store its a waste of money

                                  I placed order for hush puppies mid cut boots color brown, i kept a track by calling call center and they kept on saying they are procuring the material from brand store.

                                  After ten days waiting for the shipment to arrive, got a mail saying the product is not available and i have to choose something of the same price.

                                    Ordered Nike Running Shoes, they delivered Nike Downshifter 6. Now they claim this is also a good quality shoe.
                                    They did not honor the delivery schedule.
                                    Had to send 3-4 reminders and after that only they shipped - no apologies, nothing.
                                    Tried to call them for a return and refund - today all their phones are dead. Not replying to email also. Sounds like a scam site.
                                    I have ordered a product : Apple Pencil. I paid Rs.7999. After I have received the bill, the billed amount was Rs.7690 as I have attached the photo of the bill. So, I have to get a immediate refund of Rs.309.

                                      I still regret the day i chose to shop from this website name luxehues.com i bought two pieces of cross classic century medalist ballpoint pen-3302 (Suitable for engraving) (https://www.luxehues.com/Cross/CrossClassicCenturyMedalistBallpointPen-3302(Sui... on 5th may 2017 along with a hairdryer for the total amount of rs. 4170 (Order no. Lx[protected]).
                                      I bought the pens only due to their suitability for engravement as i want to gift them to somebody with customised name engraved. So, i wrote to their customer care email address ([protected]@luxehues.com) on the same day i. E. 5th may for requesting engravement of name (As it was specified on the product page (Pic attached) to “please place your order and write to us with order id at [protected]@luxehues.com to get a name engraved on the product free of cost.”)
                                      But i received no reply from them on my mail. I also called many times on their customer care number but it was always busy. It was only on 8th may that i got lucky to talk with their customer care personnel & asked him about my request status.
                                      I was quite shocked to see that they not even opened my mail regarding the request, leave any action on that. Anyway, the customer representative felt sorry for not responding to my mail & told me that he is sending my mail to his engravement team for the necessary action on engravement & he also assured me about the engravement. So, i was quite assured after his assurance but only to felt regretful later.
                                      On 10th may, i received the two pens at my shipping address. When i opened the products, i was very upset to see that both the pens were not engraved. I never saw the length of irresponsibility & ignorance on any other e-commerce website before this. I also wrote a mail on 11th may asking the luxehues about answers for this irregularity, but they did not respond to my mail this time either.
                                      I called them for many times before they picked it up on 12th may. This time also their representative was doing his “sorry” drama & giving assurances about sending the brand new engraved products & scheduling for picking up the not engraved ones. He gave me assurance that he will arrange a pickup on very next day i. E. 13th may, but the pickup never arrived. I called their number on 13th may & went for a ride of phone harassment again. This time i was very much angry & was not in a mood to listen to their representative repeated sorry drama. So, i talked to their customer care head this time who told me that pickups for return of products can’t be arranged on saturday’s & sunday’s (Proofing that the previous representative was lying to me) & told me to wait till monday 15th may. Until this time, i was assured of their lies but want a proof of it. So, i said him to send me a mail regarding his monday assurance which he sent (Mail pic attached).
                                      Well as i said previously, on coming monday it was also proven to be another white lie from another luxehues personnel just this time it was from their customer care head.
                                      I called them for the last time on 16th may on which i talked to their customer care head again & asked if there is anything named “truthfulness” in your company or not. He was bind to his sorry & assurance drama even on this time saying the pickup will be arranged next day.
                                      But now i am completely fed-up with luxehues personnel’s as i know that they will never perform the service. It was my first shopping experience with luxehues & it was the worst experience of my lifetime. I have never been told so many lies by any e-commerce company personnel’s.
                                      Without the engravement these pens are worthless for me & i want full refund for my order now.

                                        I had ordered apple nike+ which costed 33155 rupees. And the website claimed to deliver it by 7 days and now its been more than 10 days and no intimation about shipment yet. I even called customer care to cancel my order as there is no cancellation policy on the website. Till today nor the product is shipped nor its cancelled. Worst customer service

                                        Luxehues is a terrible platform. I bought a Hidesign bag for my mother, and it was a damaged product. Furthermore, their Customer Care won't even exchange the product. My poor mum was so disappointed and shocked at their behaviour. It's literally a fraud.
                                        I ordered an apple pencil 16 days back and there has been no response to email nor their customer care number.
