I have ordered gfive z8 (2.4 inch, 2200 mah, bluetooth, fm) but the product i received is dead one. I have contacted with shopclues customer service and i was informed that i need to contact with service center since i dint use the product at least a second. Contacted customer service (pathetic customer service) and again informed wait. If the company emailed you, please provide that email adress, if they called you, please provide the phone number. Is there an one have responsibility regarding this? only customer will get suffered and cheated always? Cheating with dead product is very very bad shopping experience with Shopclues.com. Higher authority should came to know about this kind of problems. Why shopclues earning profit like this?
