I have ordered for two units of HP Scanners vide Order No[protected] and paid by debit card to avail discount. I received 1 unit instead of two. I approached Shopclues about the same, they registered my case. three days passed by i did not receive any updates from them. I called back at the customer care. I requested them to have conference with the merchant, the local courier partner to resolve the issue.They asked me to wait for 48 hours for resolution of the issue on their part and asked me to send the snapshot of the product. I sent the snapshot, I waited for more four days. No phone or updates were received from their side. I again called them, this time they asked me to upload the invoice copy and asked me to wait for another 48 hours. Seeing the irresponsible attitude of Shopclues I my self contacted the courier Blue Dart head office and lodged the complain about the missing unit.I received an email from the regional head office stating that they had received only one unit of the product which they delivered and asked me to contact shopclues for the issue I talked to Mr Sanchit Sharma the senior executive of Shopclues and requested him to look upon the matter and also asked him few questions like why they delayed the matter for three months without sharing any updates about their so called inquiry.When i was the main part of the inquiry why i was not kept in the loop. I asked him how can such a big company be so irresponsible to abandon the matter for such a long time without any resolution. He could not reply to any of my questions.He assured me that he shall look into the matter and inform me and share the proceeding within 3 days. I waited for more three days.No calls and updates from shop clues's side.I called the customer care and asked them to make me talk to Mr Sanchit Sharma. They made me to wait till half an hour over the phone and then terminated the call by telling that he shall contact me by the end of the day. But Mr Sanchit Sharma never called back. Till today I have made round about 7 calls to Shop clues to talk to Mr Sanchit Sharma. But all in vain after waiting 15-20 mins over the phone the customer care personal used to terminate the call by telling he shall contact you by the end of the day. Moreover I called shopclues every 4 -5 days interval each time in this 3 and a half months phase each time they asked to wait for 24 to 48 hours.Each time I was made to wait for atleast half an hour over the phone. Today 3 and a half months have passed and still my matter is not solved.I lost money over telephone bills and top of this I was mentally harassed by making me to wait for half an hour on every occasions of my call.Finally they had mailed me stating that the merchant has shipped two units and they have completed their service and thus the case should be closed.
