[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Company is not refunding the amount back for the incomplete order and making fool from 13-Jan-2014

I have ordered a Nokia mobile on SHOPCLUES.COM on 13/01/2013 (order id[protected] on the name of my father in law (SagarMal Hiran) for his birthday gift, but they could not made availed it to me. First they made me fool that there is a delay and product might take a time to reach but at last it could not be reached to me. Finally when I asked them for refund of my prepaid amount for the same, they are continuously making me fool that there is some glitch at their payment gateway and asked my bank account details after my continuous and hard follow up. Even till date I could not get the refund yet. I am continuously following for my refund on Mail as well on telephonic conversation, and they again and again making the delay and saying that it will take 7 to 9 days each time when I follow up. I have already threatened them that the matter i will raise on the consumer court and in media but they are shameless and not making the refund with each and every time false and fake reason like glitch or fault at their payment gateway. They could have transferred the refund into my bank account, details of which are already provided to them 15 days ago. They are just making me fool. I doubt that actually they want to make refund or not. Please look into the matter and help to get my refund back.

On mail dated 15/03/2014, you have said that my account details were forwarded to your accounts team and refund will be settled and reflected in my bank account within a week which means it should have been settled latest by 22/03/2014. Then what the hell you are saying that it will further need further 2 weeks to settle.
I cant understand what is going on there. You are making me fool from last 75days. If you cant do business properly then why are you standing in the market.
I am warning you, refund my payment in 2 days.
