ShopClues.com — Complaint regarding order id:[protected]

Ear concern,

I have logged complain regarding above order id no.[protected], i have received defective part, regarding this i have already logged complaint on dated[protected] with complaint no. 4065720, but till date my problem was not resolved, reading this i have already call to shopclues customer care so many time, but nobody listen my problem, now i am totally harassed for paytm service, i never think that a mnc company give to customer very very poor service,
Every customer is most valuable thing for a company, but in shopclue this is totally reverse, nobody listen here customer problem, so again you are humble requested to kindly resolved my problem on urgent base,
