I have ordered online through this site a headphone " Samsung 3.5 Mm Earphone Headset White Color", product code - 243677, order no- #7954031, Tracking ID - [protected], at the address, IMIS, swagat vihar, Bankuala, Bhubaneswar, odisha, 751002, on 26th october. They deliver me the product on 04th November, 2013 & the product is defective. Their representative refused to take back the product, he said that i cant take it, you have to talk with the company. I bought sony 14000mah power bank @es1300 now when i charge it to about 7-8 hour.it shows the full four LED lights but when i use it..ITs charge about 25-30 min and power off..14000mah not charge even one hour my mobile..please request for replace or refund..thano you
