[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Defective laptop Sent

I have purchased a Dell laptop online with ShopClues.com and they have sent me a defective laptop which is not booting up. When I have called Dell technicain they are saying that the motherboard is not ok. So, basically shopclues.com has sent me a defective laptop which is having manufacturer's defect. I have requested for the return of the same product which shopclues.com is denying to take. Please post a complain in this regard.
