Hi, I have ordered SkullCandy Earphones with Mic inkd'2 ( Best Audio Quality ). Order no:11477605 I got delivery on 3rd march 2014 morning. When i open product there are some issues with the same. Following are the issues: 1) When I opened packing skullcandy box was not 'Seal Packed'. (image: 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg) 2) As shown in Image of product on your site, the call button is different. Also there is no such pouch with product. (Original.jpg) http://www.shopclues.com/skullcandy-earphones-with-mic-best-audio-quality.html 3) Delivered product call button is having scratches (Image: scratches.jpg) 4) Sound Quality is not proper as Original skullcandy product gives. 5) It is not look like original SkullCandy Earphones with Mic inkd'2 (Image: original.jpg) I am very disappointed with your product I am requesting you please refund my full payment as soon as possible. Hope you will revert me back ASAP. As per your request i am attached your product images.
