Received empty parcel!!!

Instead of a memory card shopclues shared a memory (An empty parcel containing hints of memory card only on the invoice)!!!
Here is the shopclues-good for the pocket! But i wonder how could a website be good after eating up your money and send an empty box instead of actual parcel!!

I ordered a 32gb memory card, details are here:

On 8th of march when i did not receive the item, i enquired with courier service provider and shopclues as well. Since then i am getting shocks again and again!

Contacted professional couriers in delhi on 8th march and he did not reply the same day. Later he said “the item is delivered! You should contact with delivery boy!”

But delivered to whom? I did not receive the item. And why should i contact with your delivery boys? Why are you sitting there in office? Even though i contacted the delivery boy and he blows my mind telling he doesn’t call to the contact number provided by customers, why should he waste money in calling, no matter the shipment is delivered or not. He is only supposed to throw the item to said address. And he doesn’t need the signature acknowledgement either.
If the case is so, why the website of your courier service 'professional courier' shows that the item is delivered and acknowledged with signature!!!

Thereafter i sent many mails to professional couriers customer care. Their executive ms juli only writes once “the below shipment has been delivered on date 08/03/16 from our kmp branch”. And then no reply to my concerns ever.

Now after many days, i received an empty parcel at common parcel box where only unnecessary letters are dumped. The parcel was clearly fraudulently sealed with an empty torn box inside that. The delivery boy probably knew the fact and therefore did not delivered it in my hand.


Then i sent mails to shopclues customer support, and they also don’t bother to look into matter except a telephonic call once that too did not matter.

When i googled around, i found it is just another case that shopclues used to indulge in.

Now i am here with money lost and faith lost in shopclues.

I had never experienced that type of pathetic service. I don't know what their customer support department are doing? Now the only way for me is to go for consumer court to take a legal action against shopclues.com.

The complaint was resolved. Shopclues refunded the money, but still I hear online frauds by shopclues and ebay very often.

I would suggest to send them multiple mails and follow up the matter daily. Though its absolutely non-sense to ask for pictures, as the customer himself can do the fraud. But still they ask for same. Thats what they asked me too. I sent them pictures around 3-4 times and they reverted back. I got the refund after 1 week of complaint accepted by Shopclues.
Good luck. If possible please avoid these websites. ebay, shopclues and all those little ones. Amazon is amazing i must say.
