[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Denial of refund for my order | |||||
I place an order on Shopclues on the 13th of August. Here are the order details - Order ID[protected] Order Date - 13 Aug 2015 Order Time - 07:59 PM Item - Strontium 16 GB Pollex USB Drive (Quantity -10) Firstly, I got the parcel delivered to my home after many follow ups and after more than a month! The shipping partner was SafeXpress (Tracking No.[protected] After opening the package, I found that the pen drives were not there, there was only a pack of playing cards (Photo attached) As soon as I saw that the item ordered was not there, I placed a return request on Shopclues. Return ID - 2056075 Date - 23rd September 2015 I got a message that it would be resolved within 7 days! Then I regularly followed them and they kept delaying! They kept assuring me that there would be a refund. I called them and mailed them numerous times... Three days ago, I received a message that My Refund Request has been disapproved. The reason they gave was that it did not follow their return policy! I called them again! They again told me to wait for 48 hours! Now they aren't replying to my emails also! I want a refund for my order as soon as possible! Please help me out in this issue! Was this information helpful? | |||||
Dec 24, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Shopclues was not giving my refund but when I threatened them to file a case on them, they refunded it! | |||||
