Sir, My name is Vikramaditya I am working in Chennai in a company. I placed a order no.7309165 on 3 October 2013. to shopclues.com (online shopping website) for rechargeable beard hair trimmer. They shipped my item threw DTDC courier tracking no.Z08157702. I did wait as they promised of time period but i did not receive my item. Then I called their helpline no.[protected]. They told me that my item is going back to them reason they said DTDC service is not available at my place. then I asked to them about my refund amount they told that after receiving the item they will refund my amount now they have received the item. They are showing status of this item in his website return received and also i have confirmed to DTDC courier. I have many time called to them about refund my amount every time they assured me that they will refund but not refunding. Their helpline no. is also chargeable not toll free so every time i am getting loss of money minimum 5-10 Rs. On 25th October 2013 I talked to them then they assured me refund my amount and they sent a confirmation mail for refunding amount and my booked item with in 24-48 hours but I did not get my amount now till time. And also a item order no.7541207 placed on 12th October 2013 which they also shipped threw DTDC courier tracking no. Z08172970 I did not receive but they showing status of this item complete in their website I did not receive. Please do need full Thanking You Was this information helpful? | |||
