[Resolved] ShopClues.com — didn't receive the product but prepaid the amount | |
I had ordered on 31st july 2020 My order id:[protected] for code yellow women's lemon green elegant formal shirt. I had prepaid on 31st july 2020 through google pay... Amount: rs 558. At the time of delivery i was asked for cash. I refused to pay cash as i had already prepaid. Later on i reverted to customer care via whatsapp chat (As they are not receiving calls) and they assured me that my product will be delivered on prepaid mode only. But after all this, today i get a call saying that my order has been cancelled as i did not collect it. Now the main questions arises... Will i get my refund??? I need my refund back. Aug 9, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a message saying that i will be delivered the product. Then the delivery agent called me told that the COD issue has been resolved and i will not have to pay at the time of delivery as i have prepaid and finally the product was delivered.
