ShopClues.com — Different style of product delivered in Damaged condition | |||
I have ordered the Diamond BP Apparatus Regular Model With Velcro Cuff - Mercurial on 23rd of November with Order No. 8764703, but in actual they delivered me with normal cuff model on 27th of November and in a damaged condition. Immediately after seeing the product I called to customer care and made a return request on the same day. Its almost 5-6 times I called them and mailed them and every time they are asking me to wait for 24 hours and by today its being 13th of December almost 16days and no response I received or my product has been picked up till date.
