ShopClues.com — Don't Provide a Proper Order Bill | |||
I have purchase a Samsung Galaxy Core 2 on 09 March from Shopclues.com. and I have didn't check the Order bill that time, Now my phone is not working properly then i go to Samsung Customer care they are saying please bring the proper bill with IMEI Number. Then I call Shopclues to give me proper bill for my handset .They are giving excuse that you have to complain when you purchase your mobile. I don't know that time that IMEI is important on servicing mobile. I have shoplues with his service and suggest to all my friend to not to but any Mobile phone with Shopclues.com Was this information helpful? | |||
