[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — duplicate headphone and charger

Respected sir / madam,

My name is gourav das, i have purchased an samsung galaxy s5 from shopclues on 23 jun 2017, 02:31 pm, order id[protected].

The handset and the battery is original, but the headphone and charger was replaced with duplicate ones and was delivered it to me.

I have asked for the repalcement of the same, but shopclues and their team always denied, instead they have provided 600 cluesbucks. But the original headphone costs rs. 1300.00 and charger comes at the rs. 749.00.

Please guide me in the right direction to get the replacement.
