[Resolved] ShopClues.com — duplicate item delivered and cheated me, customer support is too bad. | |
I have ordered samsung galaxy grand 2 phone but they have delivered me after a long days duplicate product and that s defective, I did a complaint but they said we will do the replacement but till the date they didn't did that, it is 1 month crossed, every time they are saying me a lie.
is there have any way to fix the issue?

This is with reference to your request received for return against the order no. 20120073. As per my request, the request has been approved i.e. To Replace.
and alos you people said that "reverse pickup has been scheduled and one of our courier agencies will reach you in next 6-7 business days."
after that lots of time I have contacted to you via phone and via your support option that you are saying the same. and it is almost crossing the month.
and since yesterday I am trying to contact you via phone but its not accessable. Not able to connect via phone by your website mention no. i.e.[protected]
every times you people said to me a lie. Your executive and supervisor every one said me a lie.. not for a single time.., every one says give me 2 days time.. I have given to your executive.
but no response.
have receive lots of time mail... but those are useless.
I haven't paid a money to give me a duplicate product... do you(shopclues) people are there to cheat a general people?
