I had ordered a Xiaomi power bank 10400mAh from shop clues for 899Rs excluding shipping charges, the product i received was a total fake, and was not the real thing, it didn't even work properly couldn't charge my phone completely once also, while is should have been charging it 4 times. I requested for a return but the merchant (tiny store, surat, gujarat) rejected the return and there is no further way to contact the merchant and ask for a refund, I am actually stuck in the hassle and i want a refund as soon as possible. I hope for a positive and co-operative scenario, from the people in charge and have a refund as soon as possible.
