[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Faulty product delivered and now no one is responding - Call centre no is fake

My order details are as below Order Date Order Number ↓ Ordered Product(s) Amount Paid Status Action 05 Oct 2014, 10:47 AM 21854929 Mahindra Xuv 500 Door Visor On Lowest Price (QTY:1) Estimated Delivery Between: Sat 11 Oct and Mon 13 Oct Rs.1, 128 Delivered Door visor which were delivered to me was broken. I had not even opened packing of each visor.I tried their customer care no several times and no one picked up my call. I had wasted 75 minutes and Rs 150 for mobile without any output. I had even raise the query on www.shopclues.com/support and uploaded all photos. No one had replied to my mail. Where should I go? No one replying on mail. Call centre number is fake. Pl try and see the headache
