ShopClues.com — Fooling Customers

I have placed an order at shop clues on 23rd of april and done the full payment through internet banking. The product was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 working days. BUt till now the product has not been delivered. I have been chasing them since 1st may by complaining "n" number of types in customer service desk also there is no action has been taken. No one is responding properly in customer care. Each time i call them i get new different type of xcuse from them and ask for 48 hrs of time to solve the issue. they also said that they revert call me back with updated status everytime but no one is responding over there.
