Dear Online users,
Please do not buy anything from shopclues.com because they are trying to fool innocent peoples by taking their money and not delivering the products because they actually do not have products.
Here is my case:
I have ordered micromax canvas a1 phone from shopclues.com on 18th feb 2015 with order no 38395983.
Order was confirmed and i received confirmation mail and sms also for my order, Now the problem started when i didn't got my product even after 15 days, i called to shopclues then they replied that we do not have stock for your order, i was shocked by this statement and told to shopclues executive that why you have taken order when you do not have the stock and told him to cancel my order and refund my money.
So the cancellation request was processed by shopclues.com but i did not received my money back, then i have again called and also sent several mails also but till today (18-Mar 2015) i have not got my refund.
Almost 1 month passed but no resolution by shopclues.com
So this is my advice to all online shoppers to avoid shopclues.com because you will never get the product and get only harassment by big cheaters shopclues.com
